We get it, plans change! In most cases, you can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 14 days before your activity. However, please check the “Terms and Conditions” section for the detailed cancellation policy.

Our tour prices are offered in Euros. You can see the price in a different currency, by changing it. The currency conversion rate is calculated in real-time.
We accept credit card payment through PayPal and Stripe. Credit cards:

Tour Guides

If you have a preference for a guide, you can let us know.
We'll contact the guide to see if he/she is available and can do the tour.
When the prefered guide is not available we arrange another of our Superb Guides.
All our guides speak Dutch and English fluently.

Many guides are multilingual. Looking for a private guide who speaks another language? Contact us through [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate.

Booking a tour

After booking you will receive a confirmation by email from your deposit payment.
Within 48-hours you'll receive another email from us to customize your tour.
ASAP we will provide you with the information of your local guide and send you the invoice.
Final payment needs to be received 14 days before the tour starts.
It's Easy! Go to the tour of your choice:
  1. Select your tour date.
  2. Tell us your group size.
  3. Click 'Book Now' and select your Add-On's.
  4. Confirm your Booking Request with a 20% deposit payment.
  5. Within 48-hours you'll receive an email from us to customize your tour.
  6. Final payment needs to be received 14 days before the tour starts.
Your Booking request is confirmed, once we receive your 20% deposit payment.
As our tours are private, we can be pretty flexible. Do you have a special request or concern? Let us know by email: [email protected] and we will contact you asap to let you know if we can accommodate.
Since 2008 we have:
  • visited (war) cemeteries to find deceased friends/family.
  • Dutch roots-tours.
  • arranged tours for less-mobile and disabled people.
  • scattered ashes.
  • geocaching tour.
  • given tours with drop-off or pick-up in Belgium or Paris.
  • arranged tours around special events like: Floriade.
  • researched with a student for her thesis.
  • ... and much more.

Unforeseen circumstances can always occur.
Within 24-hours before the start of the tour, please contact your guide on the cellphone number provided.
For other emergencies please email [email protected] or send a text to 0031 61457 1104.
The cost for our Private Tours are based on the time of the guide/driver and the rent of the vehicle. This means the price is the same for 1 or 4 people.
You can share a tour with other travel companions, but we don't look for them for you.
Some of our clients have found travel companions on forums like Cruise Cristic.
You can each pay your own share through the invoice by credit card.

Safety & Security

Stay posted on up-to-date Travel Advice through websites from your government. USA / AUS / UK  / CA
Your safety and security is the paramount concern of your private guide and Travel Organisation Holland=.
If you feel unsafe, communicate your concerns to your private guide immediately. You have the right to stop the tour at any time.
At your request, your private guide will return you to the agreed ending point by the transportation method(s) set out in the tour description.
